A Flaw in Photoshop

I was reading a story on news.com about a problem with Photshop's portable-network graphics, or PNG, plug-in. From what I got the problem is only with Windows XP SP2 and not the Apple OS. I am not surprised that the problem is only when you run Photoshop on Windows. I don't know way anyone would what to run Photoshop on Windows. (But I am a Apple Guy)
